Life can often be full of stressful situations impacting on our physical, emotional and psychological well-being. Simon teaches an eight-week mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) course to groups and individuals. Although we cannot eradicate stress from our lives we can learn to live with it in a different way. Jon Kabat-Zinn suggests that “mindfulness provides a simple but powerful route for getting ourselves unstuck, back in touch with our own wisdom and vitality…The most important point is to be really yourself  and not try to become anything that you are not already…being in touch with our deepest nature, and letting it flow out of you unimpeded.”
